Brand + Identity Creation: Monigle | Design: Oakwood Homes In-House Design Team
My Role: Creative direction and project management in collaboration with the Monigle team and the in-house design team. Deliverables include design of print materials, collateral, marketing emails, digital and social ads.

On2 Homes is a new brand and new type of home coming to the Denver area and backed by the trusted and nationally known homebuilder, Oakwood Homes. Our purpose is to reshape the potential of homeownership in places people love. Hopeful homebuyers in Denver right now are out of options. In a city they love, available housing is either unaffordable or misaligned with their needs. We’re compelled to give renters a chance to buy, families a place to play, to make home buying a possibility again. That’s why we created these homes—to give Denver homebuyers a real option. On2 is committed to starting something new—to helping its customers move onto an exciting life stage and helping the industry move onto a better type of build. On2 Homes are modular homes and will be sold from a technology-forward retail center. The homes are built inside of a factory and the framed homes are transported to the site, placed on foundations to then be finished on-site.
